Sharia Law is NOT a religion. It's exactly what it says it is, a LAW. It governs over the people both in their private and public life with severe penalty for the infidels that reject it. Thank you, Ruth for bringing this to the forefront and Eileen for explaining it is not a religion. Also, The 3% CAP can only be broken by a SUPER MAJORITY of the Council, not just a majority.
