Thanks Tom, I'll look forward to watching the podcast (it should be on the Spectrum Govt Channel today (Friday) afternoon. ) IMO it's seems to be getting more obvious they should settle/drop this suit with Mr Langevin. Given the other things the City has on their plate and the City Attorney is claiming overload, (I hope that presumes that the legal department is working nights and weekends as my boss use to say). In this context its starting to look like pursuing Langevin is politics not government.
