With a whopping 39,142 square feet of cutting-edge design, Building E will be a multi-functional marvel, serving as the new home for the Utilities Customer Service and the Building Department. 🛠️ But that’s not all! It will also function as the City’s Emergency Operations Center, standing ready with a generator to power through 96 hours in case of an emergency. 💡

The funding story behind this monumental project is a cocktail of local and federal funds, mixing American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant funds with Building Department funds. 💰 This strategic financial planning showcases Palm Bay’s commitment to its infrastructure and the well-being of its community.

Designed by Willing Architects, the new building is not just about utility but also about sustainability and aesthetics. 🌿 With features like LED lighting, rainwater harvesting, and solar installations, Building E is set to be as green as it is grand.
