This is awful!! What this means for Palm Bay is more traffic more wildlife displaced less green space. What is happening to Palm Bay is disgusting !! These builders are a bunch of jokers they don’t care about any of the above. I hope it fails!!
This is absolutely absurd. How are the roads, our support services and homeowners going to handle this? Do you see how many empty buildings and businesses that have gone? ST Johns is not handling traffic now, neither can Minton at high traffic work times. During the day on Fridays I don't even go anywhere because it's so nuts. How about spending your towards people who really need it.
Safe shelters, safe places for our VETERANS to go to??? Places for people to gather? Your putting all that money then charging absurd prices. Where are all these people going to work????? I just moved here 4 years ago and regret being in Palm Bay because I can see the future in a year or two. WE NEED TO SUPPORT OUR VETERANS WHO ARE ON THE STREETS! We need safe shelters for women and men separately!
Sun terra now this All on a 2 lane roads leading in or out does the city have the water and sewer capability and who will pay for that. And more police and fire, And when all the roads need widened or maintenance due to the high traffic use. Hold on to your wallets
