one of the selling points the realtor showed us was the view of the golf course (no mention that it was abandoned) from our back yard. If it were townhomes or apartments I'm sure we would have looked elsewhere. With all of the other homes and developements being constructed the traffic will go from bad to unbearable. Keep it a golf course or maybe some retail stores.
We donโt need more houses or duplexes. We need a golf course here for the community. It will lower the housing market here and we already have too many cars on the roadways here are used to only take 10 minutes to get somewhere now it takes almost an hour because people all moved into this location
