Absolutely amazing! I ride that stretch of Malabar several times a week and there is nothing there that I see that needs resurfacing. How about where it is really needed between Minton and Heritage. Not only resurfacing but widening? I guess someone will have to conduct another useless assessment that will be outdated by the time they acquire land and have enough funds to undertake. What a shame, all of us western families are first just experiencing the pain of traveling along Malabar. Another 1500 homes are in the process of being built.
Well one good thing, we will be able to keep our vehicles full of fuel thanks to the second gas station being built at Emerson and Heritage. We will all be burning more fuel sitting in backed up traffic than with actual driving. Insane how this local administration brought us to this point.
