When media sources titles state “the truth” is hard to believe this statement, when news today has decrease in credibility. Palm Pay Bayer is the truth. Ok? Well, considering the article, and discussing misinformation, then vocabulary begins to add up with words that are heard and used more in left media. Such as “the truth” or “misinformation” but this article goes on with the “fact checking” asserting that yes is true, property taxes are not going away tomorrow. But studies are what SB 852 is all about. But regardless, the lean is in, as similar as it may be, at the federal level, taxes on tips have been proposed and the framework has begun. The framework has begun to end property taxes in Florida. Stating the obvious is truth but Palm Bay wants to take the recognition for clarifying this proposal.

Past Councils, Mayors, Planning & Zoning Boards and STAFF have done the citizens of Palm Bay and injustice. Their main focus was residential overdevelopment without the forward thinking of reserving the vacant land available for commercial retail. The only ones that benefitted from overdevelopment were the developers from out of the county and state and the City of Palm Bay employees. They base their pay scale on population. Their pay scale is 2 and 3 times the pay scale of the private sector as well as their 401K benefit in PB is twice the private sector. So, who is "serving" who? The private sector is serving the public servant sector in Palm Bay!

I like a study depending on the cost to do the study. I believe there’s too much government. Do we need both county and city? Do we need a school board?

Do we need duplicate fire/ police from county and city? Do we need sponsorship or rather co-sponsorship for 501(c)3? We need a Doge style look at our government!

Palm Bay, previous council gave themselves a raise, against the citizens vote! Yet, the city struggles to meet needs? No! They waste money. A new building at city hall, instead of new fire/ police stations
