We do not need anymore apartments we do not want HOA's built...We could use for the already businesses, parks, buildings, and roads we have now to be updated. There is a need for more jobs, but not more people this is ignorance...Listen my parents were raised here in Florida, I was born and raised here, my children born and raised here, my grandsons now born and being raised here. Well Broward county. I brought us all up to Palm Bay because thinking like this destroyed Broward county where I am from..I have lived in Palm Bay for 3 years now but I have always been a Floridian and I will tell you they are turning this state (this area) into an overcrowded, overpriced state whom care nothing for actual families but only money being pocketed I am sure, corporations buying up land and overbuilding, retirees that move here..., and tourists..Enough is enough
And your proud of this??? There are no jobs out there plus how are the roads going to handle all this traffic. You can't even handle putting lights up off Pace and Heritage for night time to see the entrance. Slow down the building I'm going to need to move in another year. And out of Florida!!!
