Palm Bay's Planning and Zoning board will review the 353-acre Lotis Palm Bay project, which faces major hurdles due to projected school capacity shortfalls and its impact on already congested city roads.
Hopefully, the P&Z Board will question the Lotus planners on how many valuable acres of wetlands are within the project area & require them to preserve the crucial benefits wetlands provide.
And still all major roads thru the city Emerson San Fillipo and Babcock, Malabar are just 2 lanes even the "New" St john's parkway 2 lanes , Sure let's add even more cars and people
