North East Area Palm Bay Lane/Road Closures for Paving Operations

Important updates on closures and construction work in the NE area of Palm Bay

There are upcoming road and lane closures in the North East area of Palm Bay due to paving operations. The City of Palm Bay Public Works contractor Ranger Construction will be working on several roads, including Port Malabar Rd (Knecht Rd to US 1), from March 16, 2023, to April 30, 2023. The working hours will be 6 AM to 7 PM daily.

The following lateral streets will also be affected by the closures:

• Shayne Ln

• Isom Ln

• Hardin Ln

• Sandy Ln

• Lemay Dr

• Roc Rosa Dr

• Wayne Ln

• Tropicana Rd

• Michels Dr

• Mattison Dr

• Nora Ct

• Syracuse Ct

• Paradise Ct

• Groux Dr

• Brian Creek

Please be advised that both eastbound and westbound lanes are tentatively scheduled to be completed by the end of May.

We urge you to exercise caution while traveling in these areas and to plan your commutes accordingly. The construction work will require temporary road closures and lane closures. Keep in mind that weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances could affect the construction schedules.
