I've been saying this there are other schools too! We paid a registration fee and uniforms at Parkhurst in 2019 and 2020 also had to pay a monthly tuition because apparently the step up scholarship didn't cover it all
And by the way, taxpayer money also pays for the people on death row and people in prison go complain about that cause that is a waste of money. People on death row need to be put to death if you wanna talk about a real issue, wasting taxpayers monies.
Charters schools don’t charge us anything. My son goes to a charter school and the only thing I pay for is the before care and the aftercare and the uniforms which are not even sold by the school. They’re sold by a uniform shop, but these people give my kid breakfast and lunch and snacks for free. His education is free. They haven’t asked me for a dime for books and I think their registration fee was $15 so what are you talking about? Step up is not for charter schools it’s for private schools a charter school can’t even receive the step up scholarship.

Needs to be more oversight of charter schools using taxpayer monies

Where do you think the monies come from for the school your son goes to
