Why can’t city do the little things that we need first ? Cost of extending green light on Babcock going south of Malabar intersection? The many vehicles are attempting to get in left lane which makes us stopped 3-4 times at red lights. Why not make the right lane going west on Malabar road to the i95 N ramp (Right turn only). The traffic is backed up for 3 to 4 miles not being able to get on the highway because people in the right lane are not turning. The light turns red and everyone is stopped instead of being able to merge on to 95. The traffic Issues can be solved very easily by extending the light timers and by making the right lane turn only to on ramp. Can prevent accidents.

I'm listening to the meeting replay. I find it a odd group of bedfellows that voted on this storage unit item. If I blink my eye at these meetings for the last few years, the City is passing another restriction of what I can have in my back yard. Given that and that the code restricts the size of a detached building you can have on your property, you would think a public storage building would not be controversial , yet the Mayor found some reasoning to be against it? As you reported the item passed. Kudos to Mr Batten for shining the light on how much sewage the City's municipal system discharged during Milton vs next to no discharge from resident's home septic systems. The City Mgr was asked for comment she had none.
