The Palm Bay City Council will be holding a workshop on March 30th at 6PM at the City Council Chambers, located at 120 Malabar Rd. SW, Palm Bay, FL. The workshop will focus on addressing ongoing issues in the Compound, a remote off-road area in Palm Bay that has attracted off-roaders for decades.
The Compound has been the site of multiple incidents in recent years, including fatal accidents involving off-road vehicles, shootings, and other criminal activity. The need for new ideas to address the issues in the Compound is more pressing than ever, and the workshop will provide an opportunity for concerned citizens to voice their opinions and for the city council to discuss possible solutions.
The workshop is an important step in ensuring the safety of the community and preserving the natural beauty of the area. All are encouraged to attend and participate in the discussion.

It is my understanding that the similar behavior is happening at the closed Majors golf course as far as dirt bikes atv's etc. You see this behavior all over this city people doing what ever they want with no concern about it being someone else's property. Even happens on the public roadways. People have no fear of any repercussions for their actions
