Surprised to read the graphic comparing the old vs new approval process appears to read as if there will be no posted sign on site or notices sent property owners in the immediate vicinity anymore? If so, I find that odd given I don't think they've removed that requirement for variance requests? Thanks for the Public Comments tip on Brevard News.
We don’t have the infrastructure for this. We don’t need more people to add to the depletion of our aquifer. The roads can’t handle the traffic now what will all those home and apartments add? Thanks Palm Bay council. For nothing. Good for nothing government here.
