Listening to the meeting today. Kudos to Mr Langevin following up on last meeting's input by Councilman Hammer on restoring some property rights by allowing boats to be parked in a resident's driveway. Councilman Langevin made a good point, given the elevation requirements of residential lots (and it will only get worse if the "Enhanced" Septic requirements mandate from Tallassee takes effect) it can be exceedingly difficult to maneuver a boat in/ out of a back yard. In addition to thanks, all I can say is keep going. I'd like to see the council eliminate a residential restriction every meeting, starting with the number of cars allowed in a driveway...

While I have never been a fan of eminent domain as it can be applied at times prematurely,

I feel the city at this time has no choice As IMO this property was bought not to keep it a golf course and green space but as a way to skirt the zoning as it was permitted.

To become just a greedy sale to developers to maximize the present owners' profit by selling to developers to the detriment of the citizens of Bayside and Palm Bay as a whole.

IMO this has been an ongoing problem as developers knowingly buy property full well knowing the zoning of said property just to have said property get a rubber stamp zoning change no matter what the surrounding landowners say. THIS NEEDS TO STOP.
