We need to get rid of the mayor and most of the councilmen. They have failed Palm Bay immensely. Bad enough, they built the hell out of it here. They are operating already close to that ceiling mentioned in the article. Makes you kinda wonder where the money is going??

I don't see that, see above "Article VII, Section 9 caps municipal operating millage at 10 mills". PB is currently at 6.6 mills. not even close.
Also - City of Palm Bay adopted a $373 million citywide budget for Fiscal Year 2025
The web site belows has map that says in 2031, the impact to PB is 44 million dollars.
thats less than 12% of the 2025 budge, this 66% impact doesn't seem right.
