We taxpayers may have to pay the price, in as much of the current owners of the infringed individuals who built with the understanding that their properties were adjacent to a golf course, since that is not in the plans they should be able to enjoin individual and/or class actions within the courts and the current owners must correct the the use of toxic substances. Above all who pays, due to inflation and liens, plus changes to infrastructure. If they can make changes at their convenience we also must also have that right
