Greed that’s what’s fueling Palm bay’s growth. You are mistaken, Palm bays market is slowing down. Have you seen the abandoned houses? No one is buying them. It’s a saturated market. We are losing our green spaces and natural landscaping. I don’t consider this exciting I at all. You must be a builder

To your point. Everyone is selling their land at this time because we have a council that is all about build build build. And when you don’t have to jump through hoops of fire to sell your property at a premium price to people who don’t have to jump through hoops of fire to build houses on it this is what we get. It is what it is. Someone tell me who is doing the Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) for Palm Bay, for Brevard County. Tell me where does the buck stop when we need to have that discussion with that person responsible for this abysmal traffic situation. Forget about council, I’m talking about the person who signed off on the traffic impact analysis for this area.

Ugh! We don’t have any kind of infrastructure to handle more homes. Roads, water systems, schools, fire or police are past maxed out
