We need a new city or county ordinance that requires each new building permit to include an infrastructure improvement fee or tax to fund the new infrastructure required to support it.

Either no or inadequate infrastructure forcing the people/taxpayer to pay the price by increased taxes and reduced quality of life while the developers walk away with their pockets full Cannot but believe somehow politicians are somehow making bank.
