I seen this happen in another State, only took 4 to 7 years, before it all came crumbling down. Florida is doing what this other State did.

No infrastructure to handle the amount of TRAFFICK that comes with the CITIES NOT DOING WHAT SHOULD BE DONE, Before any building boom starts. The CONTRACTORS & DEVELOPMENT COMPANIES COULD CARE LESS AFTER THEIR PROJECTS ARE DONE, THE CITY SEE'S MILLIONS IN PERMENTS, & NEW TAXPAYERS DOLLARS, BUT SCREW THE CITIZENS, Because once the money drys up, CITIES ALWAYS SAY NEED TO TAX THE CITIZENS MORE FOR THE NEW ROADS & INFASTSTRUCTURE!

Better start checking the councils bank accounts, everything these DEVELOPMENT companies want their getting.

So there goes the wildlife and ecosystem. No one in city planning seems to know what they are doing, this is going to be a miserable place to live.

Where are the new roads and road widening to support all this growth?

1 charter school? Love the Florida law that prevents the building of a new school until actual residents are in place. I understand it, but you would think the numbers in Palm bay already warrant a new school or two.

Build INFRASTRUCTURE first.

This place is run by morons with deep pockets!!!

Thats great but what about Hospitals, Fire Departments and Police officers.. We certainly need all of the mentioned with all the people moving here plus all the traffic is unbearable now, what is it going to be like if all the building of houses, apts, etc is completed.. PALM BAY will be worse than MIAMI. What are you people thinking . A little common sense goes along ways but obviously all the people in charge have no brains at all..

It causes me great concern when I see the amount of houses and apartments and other new facilities to house people that are in the planning or construction phases for Palm Bay. Not only does the thought of thousands of more cars on our already inadequate road system give me a sick feeling inside, but one other thing is rediculous! In the list of things being planned, there is only ONE school in the planning! Thousands of new dwellingsโ€ฆ.ten thousand more children! And only one new school to accommodate the influx. Florida seems to have a shortage of schools and teachers, already! I donโ€™t have any school age children, but I canโ€™t help but feel sorry for all those new children. My husband and I were almost in a serious accident, yesterday, because some idiot decided to pass us in anโ€Sโ€ curve , and also it is a school zone! He was within an inch of the drivers fender, and if a car would have been coming north, on the other end of the โ€œSโ€, there would have been 3 cars in a head on crash! Add the idiots to the grid lock we all face during peak travel times, and we will surely need more hospitals, too! The list goes on and on! When will this disaster in the making quit? Itโ€™s time to ease back on these expansions, and get the basic needs caught up first!
