Palm Bay’s October “Coffee with the City Manager” Moves to Holiday Inn Express
The city’s popular “Coffee with the City Manager” event moves to the Holiday Inn Express on October 21 for this month only, offering residents a chance to meet City Manager Matthew Morton.

Palm Bay, FL – The City of Palm Bay is inviting residents to its next “Coffee with the City Manager” event on Tuesday, October 21, from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. For this month only, the informal community meet-up will take place at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, located at 1206 Malabar Rd SE, Palm Bay.
The monthly series gives residents an opportunity to connect directly with City Manager Matthew Morton over coffee and conversation. Normally held on the last Tuesday of each month at Palm Bay City Hall, the October session has been moved to accommodate scheduling needs while keeping the format unchanged.
“These events are about open dialogue,” said City Manager Matthew Morton during a previous session. “It’s a chance for residents to share their thoughts, ask questions, and stay informed about what’s happening in their city.”
Since launching in July, the Coffee with the City Manager series has drawn strong participation and positive feedback. The casual setting encourages residents to discuss local issues, city projects, and upcoming initiatives without a formal agenda.
