Space Shop Self Storage Breaks Ground on $40 Million Facility on Cogan Drive
Commercial development in Southwest Palm Bay continues to expand with the groundbreaking of Space Shop Self Storage at 480 Cogan Drive SW. The project is part of a $40 million multi-state development initiative and will deliver a 668-unit, three-story, 98,000-square-foot climate-controlled storage facility on three acres by Spring 2027.
The development aligns with broader residential absorption across South Brevard. The June 2026 Space Coast Housing Market Report shows single-family home and condo sales continuing an upward trend, with closed single-family sales up 3.2 percent year-over-year and median home prices holding firm at $375,000.
