New leadership and a strategic “Level of Service” review shift Palm Bay’s development focus toward resident quality of life and infrastructure readiness.
I suspect the devil is in the details. How does this impact a variance to build a detached building on a homeowner's property, since residents technically can't park cars in their yard and the City is reluctant to approve self storage facilities? "Reduce long-term financial burdens on residents"? I don't see push back on Tallahassee's onerous mandatory utility and septic mandates? That's a long term "burden" on residents from a financial and tax standpoint.
Babcock Rd SE needs more lanes or at least left turn lanes from Malabar to the I-95 bridge. That would reduce congestion and smooth the flow of traffic. Northbound would be helped most with a left turn lane at Community College Parkway.
