The project is expected to cost $464,178.20, and additional funds of $65,000 will be needed to cover any unforeseen change orders. The City's Procurement Policy allows the Chief Procurement Officer to approve change orders up to 10%, and any change order in excess of 10% will be brought before Council for approval.
How will residence be able to voice their opinions and please to council if they are looking to eliminate, this council serves us, our forum should never be eliminated to cater to their own agenda

I guess I could have worded my question better.
City crews repaired that bridge after a previous washout.
Am I correct in assuming the work by the city crews was intended to be a temporary fix, pending funding of a proper replacement?
