📅 When is this happening?
Friday, December 5th through Monday, December 8th. Note: Restoration time on Monday is TBD.
🚫 What is down?
Phone Lines: All city department phone lines will be dead.
In-Person Service: City Hall and other facilities will have extremely limited ability to help you because their internal systems will be offline.
Online Portals: Most internal networks will be inaccessible.
