Humm, they've limited car parking on your property /yard, they have put significant restrictions on the type of shed or detached building you can put on your property,(HOAs being more restrictive) so naturally when folks need some storage, they would seek out a self-storage facility which the City is now considering restricting? Sorry, but this whole timeline smells like property rights infringement to me. (And I haven't even touched on the probable illegal mandate of City Utility connection)
