Who makes $35 an hour in Palm Bay? Not many and how is almost $1900 a month rent affordable for people? Also car insurance and HO ins are ridiculous. Almost $2800 for property tax and $3400 a year for auto insurance. Crazy this area is NO LONGER AFFORDABLE for people and especially those on a fixed retirement income.
