When enough is enough and too much stinks We do not have the infrastructure in place Between roads ,water, sewer and police and fire, And yet it is build baby build.
The houses being built now many are like the strip malls with many just being rented,
And the tax burden for all of this falls on the present homeowners while the developers walk away with pockets of cash. I can see a major exodus coming due to the cost of living and the quality of life. It is getting to the point of possibly moving on.
Wow, just when I thought over crowding couldn’t get worse here in PB! Absolutely unbelievable! You can’t make this stuff up.
Almost 6,000 new residents. Our infrastructure in Palm Bay West cannot presently serve the growing population right now.
14.7 million in estimated impact fees doesn’t even build a small new school. To give you an idea of how ludicrous this is check this out……The widening of (two lanes each direction) Malabar Road from Minton to SJHP is estimated to run over 150 million!
Honestly, there is something really wrong with our local little government! That’s all I have to add right now, I have to start packing to move!
