If the housing number defines new builds in P.B. For the year, (3521.)Given a tax value of 3000 per year realized nearly 11 million in NEW taxes. What is the elected wasting tax money upon and beyond paying our cops and ems a decent wage. These are NEW tax revenues. Include that with the β€œold” taxes and we should be talking tax cuts. How about levying a 5 grand surcharge to every new housing permit and allow those coming here to pay for the services we citizens burdenly pay for. Does the council understand the prices of food, gas, utilities,insurance, mortgages etc? Tax increases are ludicrous given the economy.

The number reflect the number of builds either in progress, or in the approval process. Once they receive a certificate of occupancy they drop from the list. The data is pulled from this page whenever the city updates it and my software detects a change.
