The City of Palm Bay prepares for a night of “Love, Fun, and Family” at the Greater Palm Bay Senior Center this February. Tickets are now available for the semi-formal event.

Palm Bay, FL – The City of Palm Bay Recreation Department is inviting residents to celebrate togetherness at the upcoming 2026 Valentine’s Family Gala. The event, scheduled for February seventh, aims to bring the community together for an evening centered on love, connection, and shared family experiences.

The gala is designed as an inclusive celebration for families of all kinds. The city encourages participation from children, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and guardians to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Event Details and Registration

The festivities will take place from 5 PM to 8 PM at the Greater Palm Bay Senior Center. The evening features a “Valentine’s Semi-Formal” theme, encouraging guests to dress for the occasion.

Tickets are priced at $15 for adults and $10 for children. The city recommends early registration through their official portal, as the gala is a highlight of the February community calendar. The event is noted as ideal for children between the ages of 4 and 12.

An Evening of Activities

The Recreation Department has curated a full itinerary to ensure a high-energy experience:

  • 5:00 PM: Doors open and check-in begins.

  • 5:30 PM: The buffet service officially opens for guests.

  • 6:00 PM: Games and interactive activities commence.

  • 7:00 PM: Door prizes will be announced for lucky attendees.

  • 7:15 PM: The ceremonial cake cutting.

DJ Dale will provide the soundtrack for the evening, ensuring “non-stop dancing and fun.” For guests with sensory sensitivities, the city has thoughtfully provided a quiet space in the craft room where the atmosphere remains calm while the main party continues in the ballroom.

Community Support and Sponsorships

The event is made possible through local partnerships, including a photobooth provided by 360 Luxe Party Experience and sponsored by Tarnovsky-Lopez Law. Additionally, Cheerioograms will be on-site offering face painting and a glitter bar.

The city is still actively seeking community support through sponsorships and in-kind donations. Items needed include gift baskets, flowers, chocolates, and photography services. Local businesses interested in participating can contact Special Event Coordinator Kaley Berry at 321-423-0993 or via email at kaley.berry@palmbayfl.gov.
