Palm Bay, FL – The holiday season in Palm Bay is defined by its community gatherings. On Saturday, December 13, the city invites residents to one of its most popular annual traditions: Breakfast with Santa.
Hosted at the Ted Whitlock Community Center inside Fred Poppe Regional Park, the event offers families a chance to connect with neighbors while enjoying a festive morning meal. Is your calendar marked?
A Morning at Fred Poppe Park
The doors open at 8:30 a.m. and the event runs until 11:00 a.m. This is a “drop-in” style event, but arriving early ensures shorter lines for the main attraction—Santa Claus himself.
Families should head directly to the community center located at 370 Championship Circle NW. Parking is available on-site at Fred Poppe Regional Park.
Community Partnerships on the Menu
This event relies heavily on local business participation. Breakfast—featuring pancakes and sausage—is being served by Beef O’Brady’s Bayside Lakes.
For the adults, Starbucks is providing the coffee to keep the energy up. It is a prime example of local commerce supporting municipal recreation.
Admission and Entertainment
Admission is set at $5 per person. In a nod to family budgets, children aged two and under are admitted free with a paying adult.
Beyond the food, the morning schedule is packed. Attendees can expect inflatables, games, and crafts for the kids. A special performance by the Palm Bay Elementary School Choir will provide the soundtrack for the morning.
Residents are strongly encouraged to bring their own cameras. There will be multiple photo opportunities with Santa and his friends throughout the venue.
