My unscientific traffic observation seems to tie high traffic volumes on this section of road with School activity. Since the School District has a bus system that Greyhound would envy, why aren't more students riding the bus?
Now they want to close down, or slow the traffic down while their construction crews take their time to complete the project.
Look at the St. John's parkway exit.
UNBELIEVABLE for the citizens south of Palm bay who keep getting their roads shut down, at the same time. Especially morning & evening commutes. But we all know why, ELECTION TIME, VOTE FOR ME, LOOK WHAT I'VE DONE.

This is nowhere near happening. They'll wait til all those planned housing developments are built and traffic is 10x worse to start a study
Why aren't the developer's responsible for sewer, water, and road improvements? They built and profited from the hundred's of homes being built.
